A specialized hands-on activity of NE SciTech‘s Space Science Club, specifically for students grades 4 and up who are members of NEST, we offer a program to teach students about radio astronomy, the electromagnetic spectrum, the atmosphere and ionosphere, satellites and how to track them, digital communications modes for space-based applications, and other topics in space science.

Single-session Laser Engraving Workshop: Learn how to use the Glowforge laser engraver to make gifts or ornaments. A parent and their child may work together on the same project for no extra charge. Single 1 hr sessions. Repeat as often as you like.

The Volunteer Examiner Team of New England Amateur Radio, Inc. (NEAR) offers regular in-person amateur radio license exams at New England Sci-Tech, 16 Tech Circle, Natick, MA.
Radio Club meets in-person and on-line. Please register by 6 PM if you are planning to attend in person so we can have a head count in case we will be ordering food. Otherwise, use the zoom link to join us on-line.

A specialized hands-on activity of NE SciTech‘s Space Science Club, specifically for students grades 4 and up who are members of NEST, we offer a program to teach students about radio astronomy, the electromagnetic spectrum, the atmosphere and ionosphere, satellites and how to track them, digital communications modes for space-based applications, and other topics in space science.

Sunday afternoons are good times to visit if you are interested in Rocketry, although anyone can tour at this time. During the warmer months we have rocket build sessions on Sundays when you can meet the club leaders and even begin a rocket of your own. First rocket is free for new youth members.
